Admiring the struggle it takes simply to be human. Maybe we're thankful for the familiar things we know. And maybe we're thankful for the things we'll never know. At the end of the day, the fact that we have the courage to still be standing is reason enough to celebrate.

Why are you against them anyway?
Well, I've been to 2 of them, and the whole system is against how I see the Bible says things to be... I believe you should stay at home, train under your home church, and marry and go off from there.

How does leaving home, becoming independent, no longer being under your fathers protection, and putting all your energy into a church other than your own and whatever else not go against that? (not even bringing up doctrinal error)

didn't know any better... pastor said you weren't right with God if you didn't... I learned the truth and left. I hope others do the same.
