It depends on what you mean by "a bunch". I would ask pertinent questions like, "Was anyone else involved?" "How extensive is the damage?" I wouldn't ask, "What was the driver of the tow truck wearing?"
As the person who took care of the business end of his company, I'm the one who dealt with all the paperwork and phone calls anyway. His reason was, he wanted me to get a full night of sleep and not worry. Sorry, when you are in a marital partnership with somebody, you share it all. If it were the other way around, besides emergency phone calls, he would be the first person I would call. Not because I need him to handle it. I lived by myself for years before we got married, I know how to take care of myself. I would do it because we share a life (and a car payment) together. Know what I'm sayin'?

I realize you are probably joking but you should know you are very close to crossing the line with me. My relationship with my husband is the most precious thing in the world to me and though you probably don't mean it this way, there are some really weird interpretations of marital relationship that goes on here and Rob and I just don't view our marriage that way at all. There is an intense love between the two of us and I can't just let you imply that one of us is somehow just putting up with the other...even though I know it's in jest.
It's only fair that you know where the line is with me. No hard feelings.
