It was said about me:
Then it was said to me:
I was 18 years old when I went back to that home. I had been in foster homes and a group home since I was 3 days old. I was abused at every place. I never had a real family. When I turned 18 I left Hephzibah House and went back to the home I got adopted at age 11 by my Sunday school teacher and her husband who was a deacon of the church, principal of the Christian school. (The very first night in my adoption home he sexually raped me. He told me that this is what I was suppose to do, if I was going to be a good daughter. I had been rapped since I was five years old. I did not know having sex with your father was wrong.) So go ahead and say I allowed myself to get abused and raped and beaten and threaten.
When I stand before God one day I don’t to waste my life complaining about all the evil people did to me, when God has sacrificed the ultimate for me. I love God not because of so those so called claimed Christians I have a personal walk with Him, my trust in him is not based on “so called Christians” and what they did to me they will answer for what they did to me when they meet Jesus. Right now here on this earth I want to bring honor and glory to Him and walk in His light not as just a label of “Christian” but someone who loves Jesus.
I hope and pray that none of you ever get abused and raped. And if you do, don't talk about it around certain people at the FFF because they will say to someone else that you allowed it.
Praise JESUS because He has loved me so much!

Philippians 4:13 KJV

I would love to tell you what I think of Jesus,
Since I found in Him a friend so strong and true.
I would tell you how He changed my life completely;
He did something no other friend could do.
Chorus
No one ever cared for me like Jesus;
There's no other friend so kind as He.
No one else could take the sin and darkness from me;
O how much He cared for me.
All my life was full of sin when Jesus found me;
All my heart was full of misery and woe,
Jesus placed His strong arms about me
And He led me in the way I ought to go.
Chorus
No one ever cared for me like Jesus;
There's no other friend so kind as He.
No one else could take the sin and darkness from me;
O how much He cared for me.
Ev'ry day He comes to me with new assurance;
More and more I understand His word of love.
But I'll never know just why He came to save me,
Till someday I see His blessed face above.
Chorus
No one ever cared for me like Jesus;
There's no other friend so kind as He.
No one else could take the sin and darkness from me;
O how much He cared for me.
Praise JESUS because He has loved me so much!

There, see, all you have to do to convince us is post a video of some terrible music written by someone who never heard of syncopation or a dotted note.

the problem is that she refuses to allow that allow means anything else but consent, when I told her allow also means to "afford the opportunity".
am I wrong? have I improperly used that, Ransom?

Nope. Allow can mean to permit by consent or by neglect.
If you invite a burglar into your home, you have allowed him in.
If you leave your door unlocked at night so that he can steal your stuff, you have also allowed him in.
I smell an opportunity for a "Real Housewives of the FFF" reality show.
