I just saw this one. Wow, the Holy Spirit is working in Albany!
I do like to think that what we see is God working.
Three young people who have been attending for the last few weeks came to our monthly Men and Boys Fellowship today. All three of them came to me just before we got started and told me they wanted to be saved. So, after a few games of volleyball I had one of our men take them into my office, and while a preacher was giving a devotion to the rest of us in one place, he was leading all three boys to Christ in another! At the break for refreshments they came in and each confessed his newfound faith in Christ. I hope to see them walk the aisle at church tomorrow.
A member of the FFF who lives in Maryland is visiting here with us for a few days. I met him today but haven't met his family yet. They are all supposed to be in Sunday School in the morning. He ordered a copy of each of my books and booklets, and I guess he decided to visit for himself and see if we are real.

One more note of blessing about some of these people we have been dealing with lately ... My intention is to give God the glory, so I hope that the note comes across that way. We are trying not to be proud, but we are certainly very happy.
All three of the kids who were saved Saturday at the Men and Boys Fellowship came forward today to make public professions of faith and be baptized. They also came for the evening service tonight. In all, we had six young people make public professions of faith this morning, three were baptized, and two more were saved in children's church but didn't get over to the auditorium to make public professions today because of time. Tonight a bus kid mom who was led to Christ by one of our ladies teams a week and a half ago came to church, walked the aisle and made a public profession of faith.
Needless to say, our services were saturated with rejoicing over these new converts, even with my preaching a pretty hard message from Gen. 19 tonight, "Have It Your Way, but Queer is not Gay!"
