Does anyone know about current events going on in the athletic dept?? Im hearing the AD might step aside...what could be going on if this would be true??

That's a good question. I don't know who you have been talking with. You do seem to have some credible information about what is happening.

Through out my personal years of jumping around from place to place bought me to believe that I was the one that always didn't finish things. However now, from staying still for a few years, striving to stay content and finishing my courses, I see others jumping around from place to place.

Except for work-study jobs, they seem to be problematic getting the right one.

I heard today about some soon to be press releases concering the AD situation which brings me to think something happened and he is either stepping down or has gotten the ax..I was writing someone in the athletic dept about current events and he told me only that..interesting. If anyone knows of anything on this interesting development I would be interested in knowing..

no, its been confirmed..he will be teaching full time in a few weeks so he will be stepping down on his own..will be teaching sports classes, and maybe move into some law classes since he is a Dr of Law..

So...it's safe to send my resume?

already have a new AD picked and waiting in the wings...we will know more when they send out an announcement in the paper and on the website...thats all I know.

I am hearing rumors that Randy Lee is replacing John Secord as the new AD..does anyone at Temple have anything to confirm this? I havent heard any announcement; is there one expected soon???

Coach Lee brings to the position a wealth of knowledge and college-level experience, and I am excited about the possibilities for growth and success in our Athletics program.

Coach Lee is a native of Lakeland, Florida and has over 14 years college coaching experience. He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and received his Master's degree in Education from Virginia Commonwealth University.
