Looks like he has a great resume. New Orleans is known for producing top quality pastors and theologians. He would be a great president.

If other candidates are looking at the position then why did they not make Dr. O'Neal as the interim until a permanent could be appointed?? Does TTU not plan to keep him as the permanent man for the job?? Since Dr. O'Neal has done so much in such little amount of time, I think it would be foolish to start over yet again with a man that knows NOTHING about the school or what has been happening....

No I no nothing about Dr. Oneill. I was responding to the quote from crusaderfan that a new president should be someone that is familiar with the school and the fact that the last president left with a bad taste in a lot of peoples mouth. By the way New Orleans is an excellent school that has produced many men of God.
