    Yeah, with those big cathedral ceilings, how much does it cost to heat/cool that thing? I have a "Great Room" in the center of my house with an upstairs loft area that is always too hot in the summer and difficult to heat in the winter. Got "Zone" A/C and heating that works great in the rooms on either side though!

    Mine is about 3500 sq ft (the square footage of my two previous homes combined!) on 3/4 acre in a subdivision in town and I paid about what you are asking for yours!
