In short, it wouldn't be disrespectful to either your beliefs or to the Mormons that you'd enter their church, since they'd be happy to have you, and I'm sure you'd walk away from it with a new experience under your belt (for better or worse.)

Re: "What would be your response"

I can't post in the fighting forum, but I couldn't help notice that your situation all-too-closely mirrors that of a nonbeliever in the face of entering a church or synagogue. More often than not, any house of religion has an "open door" policies to all people, whether they subscribe to their particular religion or not. Please keep in mind that these people believe their doctrines as thoroughly as you believe yours, and they'll show that similar form of enthusiasm in regards to their doctrines. I highly doubt you'd be turned away at the door for not being Mormon, but I think you'd have to realize that it wouldn't be your "home turf" as it were. Just allowing yourself to take in another set of beliefs (not implying that you'd have to believe them) would be a great, enriching experience, and I'm certain the Mormons would be happy to show off their finest to a guest such as you.

      Happy Birthday?

Well, that's what it says on the main page.

      Acaines,

I don't know you except to have seen your name. But I just wanted you to know that two years ago, I had dinner with a very kind and gracious person that used to come here. And he mentioned you and what a nice person you are. He asked me if I knew you.

I just wanted you to know that you were well spoken of by a very kind and gracious person who obeys the bible he preaches.

      Sincerely yours,

      Gringo
