And I do stand by my comments...he was quite the flirt with the ladies at HAC. He also tried to intimidate Dr. Mark Rasmussen once (who also is a large man) in the halls of HAC by openly cussing about Dr. R's chapel sermon ("That was a h*** of a sermon, Mark") but Dr. R just sidestepped him and walked on. Dr. R told me this story himself. I just think its sad that talk like that would come out of a Bible college teacher's mouth....oh well, I'm sure there has been worse.
I stand by my opinion of you. Flower or not, the first two syllables of your profile name fits you pretty accurately after reading most of your other posts. It appears you know alot of gossip about alot of colleges.

Is there a flower called gossiproot?

Oh Teri, you make me chuckle. I do happen to know alot of people...guilty as charged. If me posting a question about a former HAC staff person in the HAC forum (god forbid) is gossip, then golly gee Beev, this forum is full of gossipers. Patterson was a nice guy but he was also a flirt...just the facts, ma'am. He took my sister and brother out to lunch when they were teens and he was a nice guy then too. I wish him the best in his lawsuit....for the sake of Christ, I hope he is not guilty. Anyways, have a great day. I'll try not to post anymore in these here forums....lol.

I will not go into details but there was an incident at the Crown Point Burger King involving himself and Bill Grady confronting me publicly in the joint which surprised me about him (and Grady as well) which is the opinion piece to which I was referring. I could also mention what I know about his divorce but I won't do that here either because that would not benefit anybody especially now that he is remarried.

Jack had (and I assume still has) a wonderful heart for troubled teens, but that does not change my opinion of him.

Though you do not agree, the information that I know I could have made a very ugly post, but years have passed and people change and it wasn't my intention to go that route though I could easily have done so. But I am not going to slap him on the back like a good ole boy either and completely ignore the elephant in the room (no pun intended and no slight meant toward Mr. Patterson's physical size).
Does anyone know where is ex-wife, Glenda, is now living. I remember she was a brilliant elementary school teacher at HBGS and was a pretty good alto.

I don't know where she is now, but I do remember a HBGS parent meeting where the first & seconds graders did the story of Jonah. When time came for the whale to spit him out, she - backstage - provided sound effects for the program.

    She was such good sport.

Hey bitterroot, I hear you are a pretty good swearer yourself.

Let me guess. The first thing you will say is, "Where did you hear that? That's not true! Have you ever heard me swear?"

To which I reply, "Ok then. If you don't want me spreading third-party source rumors about YOU, then YOU don't spread third-party rumors about OTHERS here on this forum!"
