    Just curious,
The question should be, What qualifies a man for the ministry (more specifically the pastorate)? The answer is found in I Tim. 3. As a man fails to meet these qualifications, the church then has some decisions to make.

    TIA,
The purpose of my first comment was to say, if he no longer meets the qualifications as given in I Tim. 3. then he has disqualified himself in the area of his offence. A church would then need to meet with him about the offence(Biblically, with 2 or 3 people) or breech, and resove the matter, ie, the pastor changes or change your pastor.

I agree, but I'm not convinced that that lines up with what Jackie-boy thought on the subject......just saying.
