Default Final Results From The Hacker Thread Big Day!!!

After working all night and half of today, the final numbers have been tabulated from the Hacker Thread Big Day!! It started with a dream of celebrating the fourth anniversary. It turned into the biggest one day posting total in the history of the Hacker Thread! Because of the hard work of the faithful members of the Hacker Nation, there were 347 post yesterday on the Hacker Thread!!! I was a bit concerned that the quality would suffer just to get numbers (not that there is anything wrong with that! ) The overall quality of yesterdays posts was fantastic!! As is our custom, I will take a few post to recognize or humiliate members of the Hacker Nation.

A big shout out goes to our top five posters. Without the hard work of these five, the day would have been a failure. You can tell that much thought and meditation had taken place during the past couple of weeks. Remember, greatness is not in the performance, but rather in the practice room.

Patriotic's quality level reached an all-time high yesterday. She had at least two posts that will be legondary. Her housework suffered, but she kept the main thing, the main thing.
Prize: A signed DVD from the King James Summit and a shirt worn by Jim Jorgenson in 1981.

#4 with 29 posts - Teri in NC
Teri made the mistake of understaffing her business on The Big Day, yet she came through in the end.
Prize: A day of shopping with CF!!

    #3 with 37 posts - Invictus
Invictus joined us a little later in the day, but immediately started to work. Because he breathes Hammond air every day, he has great insight into FBCH.
Prize: An autographed photo of the new FBCH auditorium and a pair of socks worn by Bill Grady while he preached HAC chapel.

    #2 with 44 posts - fishinnut
fishinnut brought out his "A" game yesterday. He was so excited about The Big Day that he took the day off work. He posted faithfully from sunup to sundown. He had several great photo shots also.
Prize: The original hand written notes of the Wisdom Manual along with a Big Mac wrapper from Keith Gomez.

    #1 with 88 posts - Smellin Coffee
Smellin continued to dish out his quality posts. His numbers are the things of which legends are made. His HB/HAC background has given him material of which most of us can only dream.
Prize: A trip to Italy, Texas while enjoying meals with Ray Young. He will also receive the original FBC Youth Group Hot Seat!

All five winners will have their picture displayed in the Hebrews 11 Hallway of the FFF. Let's give our winners a long, drawn out, standing ovation!!

Here is the list of folks that use to post on the Hacker Thread, but have strayed. We presented it to the Hacker Nation to try and encourage these folks to post. Thank you to Jeff Finn, Robert Sheffey, and Matthew Ward for stopping by to help us celebrate. Don't be strangers!

As is our custom, I need to publically humiliate those in whom I am greatly disappointed. The following people will never do anything great for the FFF, and we must question whether or not they are even true Hackers: Mrs.Strongbad, Holy Mole, BroServant7, cellochick, SLG, and Mrs.Soprano. May the Hacker Nation pity your wretched souls!

I am humbled to be considered worthy of such honor. It took the unction of channeling my inner-HACker, the motivation of our beloved RAIDER and with the sparring quality provided by patriotic yesterday, I can say that I left it all on the bus, the Binaca bin is dry and the joy is insurmountable. I can humbly say, RAIDER, it is done as though hast commanded and yet there is room.

Here were the goals given for The Big Day. What a great job was done by several of you! Others obviously "Have forsaken the Hacker Thread having loved this present world". Goals were reached or surpassed by the following: Teri, Smellin, fishinnut, Patriotic, Clarksville, IFB Tea Party, OverIt, Rebecca's Rants, Jeremiah33:3, and KingJamesPreacher. We will show mercy to BCH who is not able to log in to the FFF and John Mark who can't count and posted one short of his goal.

I must pull a split chapel move and mention the deadbeats who couldn't take five minutes of their time to make a difference in the lives of thousands: gonebutnotforgotten (thanks, old friend), 16KJV11 (we laughed together in the FBCH foyer), Matthew1323 (you are a quality poster), BALAAM (I'm shocked!), Sindy (oh, where are you?), holy mole (there was a time...), BroServant7 (come back!), Bravo (I drove 3 hours to meet you), Rice Holdout (still out in left field with no glove), Bob Harvey (you tried), boomer (you have become one of my FFF heroes), and SLG (stickin' Hacker!).

    Big Day Goals!

    Teri in NC - 20
    Smellin Coffee - 20
    Baptist City Holdout - 20

Lastly, we invited those from the Fighting Forum to stop by and say, "Hello". No one showed! Now I know why I don't hang around that bunch of losers!!

Stop by the HAC Forum on Monday, February 20!
As some of you may know, we goof off quite a bit on the HAC Forum. We have a thread titled, "You Might be a Hacker if...". Monday, February 20 is the fourth anniversary of this thread. Staying faithful to the ways of our alma mater, we are having a Big Day for the thread. I hope several of you will stop by and post at least once on the threa

Any lady with a flowing denim skirt, hose with socks and tennis shoes with a huge bow in her hair is more than welcome!

And it helps if you wear your 100% for RAIDER button...

Thanks for thinking that I sandbagged...ah....practiced...ah.....prepared for the Big-Day. The truth is that it's easy to laugh at HACker because I (don't tell anyone) walked a few miles in those shoes. In those days I was as serious as a blood-clot but as I look back down that old trail it's fun to laugh & easy for me to do. But I felt like I was attempting to swim up stream all day as SC was powering by me so fast & often.

I was of course, highly motivated by the BIG HACker himself........Raider you stinkin HACker! Without you pressing on the upward way......new hights gaining on BIG-days.....setting our feet on higher ground, it would have just been another normal Monday. But it a Monday that Raider hoped it would be.

in the night to visit violence on those who would harm us."

Hey, do you remember that time I won "Dorm Girl of the Semester" and I earned the exact same prize????

While I was excited to get off campus in a car with only four wheels, I recall begging to return when I learned that she was going to drag me all over Chicago looking for those leopard Speedos you wanted.

To be truthful, I still have nightmares, so I give my prize to the slackers....Mrs. Strongbad, who is probably going to use the excuse that her husband wants clean floors and a home-cooked meal every night as her excuse for not posting.

Or to mercyandtruth, who will probably try to blame her not posting on being a missionary to Brazil...

Please help me find a cure for my friends with Lupus. http://tinyurl.com/7cqjefv
