Hey everyone,
I know there is a thread on here saying there are going to be a 147 new freshman at Heartland this fall, but i just talked to a friend of mine who works in the Registrations office, and i was told that there will be over 170 NEW freshman this fall! How exciting! I guess we don't even have enough mail boxes for everyone!!! What an exciting problem to have!

Awesome Rachel!!! The 147 was a number Pastor gave last week but he said they really did not know for sure even then. That was the low end and expected it to be higher.
Where will they all stay????????????
Yes it is an exciting problem but then Heartland is an exciting college!!.
Well as far as i know, every dorm room is filled to the max, and they are asking all who live in OKC or the surrounding area, to live at home this semester. Also, they are putting some girls in the Annex, which is a small dorm beside Art Wilson. Im soooooo excited to be going back! I leave today!

Our church has two girls who are attending Heartland -they picked the best college in the OKC area, IMHO! We may have a young man from our church enroll for next semester.

What a great problem to have.
I wish Bro Sarver would tell me how many freshman WE have coming in this year. They'll all be moving in tuesday though, so that will be something. I have a feeling it will be a record breaking year for us as well. I love that colleges who are sticking by the stuff are realy making an impact and many are surrendering to train for the ministry in these institutions.

So where does that put enrollment exactly then? Are they higher than last year? It would be great for Pastor Davison's last year as pastor to be the highest ever
that is fantastic news! i had considered enrolling at hbbc as an, er, older student but the Lord led in another direction. from what i can determine, it is a fine school and anyone who loves good, sound preaching would love sitting under the ministry of Sam Davison! may God continue to keep his hand of blessing upon the school.
