    Thanks in advance.
Jocelyn was abused in many different forms as a child. When she came out as an adult about the abuse her father, Bart Janz, sued her for libel and slander. Her brother Jason Janz pleaded the 5th to the questions about whether he had abused her as well. Both Bart and Jason are pastors in the Denver area. Bart dropped his suit against her when they walked in for trial this week. Jocelyn did not drop her counter suit and Bart ended up settling. No one knows the details of the settlement, but it is obvious that she won since he dropped his suit and then there was a settlement.

This is the most damning piece of information I've heard about him, and I find it convincing. Is anyone from his church reading?

From what I've read and heard Jocelyn (Janz) Zichterman and Melissa (Janz) Fletcher wrote statements to the court explaining in full detail the sexual abuse they experienced at the hands of Bart, Jason, and Jeremy Janz. Jason admitted the sexual abuse in writing but then when his deposition was given and he was under oath he plead the 5th. Rumor has it, that Jason hired one of best criminal defensed attorney's in CO for his deposition concerning his sexual abuse in the home.

There were many, many witnesses lined up to testify, as to abuse that was witnessed in the home, including sexual and physical abuse, that is why the criminal decided to drop his case, because he could not compete with the overwhelming evidence that he knew was coming forward at trial.

Default Jason Janz Still Active Pastor

Jason Janz is still an active pastor of Providence Bible Church in Denver, CO. According to the church website,

IMO: Jason Janz is a coward. The defense attorney info doesn't surprise me.....both he and his dad seem to like their money and the control it buys. I'll refrain from saying more.
