This morning as I was waiting for court to start the judge, who is a deacon at our church, called myself and three other lawyers into his chambers and gave us the news.
Glenn Weakley, my pastor and friend, had survived two kidney transplants and had recently been diagnosed with with cancer of an unknown origin. He started agressive chemo but developed pneumonia. last monday as the drs. were attempting draw fluid off his lungs he suffered cardiac arrest. His heart was restarted but he remained in a coma. Last night the respirator was turned off and about 8:30 this morning he went home.
I am so sorry.
I hope everyone associated with him finds peace with his passing.
Praying for his family as well as his church family.
All this time, i've been ignoring James Harrington, and didn't know it!

Sorry to hear of this loss.
Losing your pastor is like losing a member of the family. God bless his family during this great loss. God be with you and your family also.

So very sorry. Prayers for your church family.
Choose your friends by their character and your socks by their color. Choosing your socks by their character makes no sense, and choosing your friends by their color is unthinkable.
God bless you brother, and the church family and the Pastor's family.
prayers going out...
