I heard Riplinger is now a member at Fugates church. .
I have not heard that. The last I knew Gail Riplinger still lived somewhere near her AV Publications [Ararat, Virginia]. Attending Fugates's church regularly would seem to be a long trip from her home.

Previously I had heard she was a member somewhere in southern Ohio.

Russell Anderson, who lives in Ypsilanti Mich., moved his membership to Clays Mill Road a few years ago. Of course he's originally from eastern Kentucky somewhat near Pastor Fugate's hometown, so there's somewhat of a connection.

So being KJVO removes the local church requirement...
Does Russell Anderson still give an invitation and prayer for the people that came forward to be millionaires?

Why is it convenient? Last I checked, it's a long drive from Virginia to Kentucky!
Well that depends!! In the county I grew up in, all you had to do was step across the state line and you were in Virginny. But more to your point, it's about three hours from Virginia to Lexington, where Fugate's church is, so you're right.
And yes I knew you were being facetious.

I don't know about his invitations, but I do know he still tells all the same stories in every message, most of them involving "Throwing a bsicuit into the ocean from the balcony of my condo in Waikiki" or some other look-at-all-my-money story
