I read the CBN issue in question through several times when it came out and still have it handy. His position was ambiguous at best, although the tone was clear. Could you point me to the part that I missed or misunderstood? Specifically, I'd like to have a clearer understanding of his view on "is given by".

Bummer - I was really hoping for some answer on this one. Perhaps Dr. Schaap is just weeding out some the Hyles-worshippers from his bandwagon.

I never said that Dr. Fugate said that - you should have read what you quoted more carefully. However, the two beliefs seem to be based on the same principal. I have a very hard time believing that Dr. Fugate would say that every missionary translation in the jungle is "inspired" as well.

Don't get me wrong - I know Dr. Fugate - He is a good, genuine servant of the Lord - I just think Schaap's argument makes a whole lot more sense on this one.

So you also believe there are errors in the KJV? As Schaap does?
