Default Was it God's leading or Tom Neal's bad choices that led Berean into difficult years?

Just curious. Does anybody out there know? Berean went through some tough times. Was it because God led them that way or did Reverend Neal lead them that with way due to poor leadership? Who chose the builders and the construction people? God or tom neal. any accountability anywhere by berean for the poor leadership or does tom neal just bully his way around. Anybody have answers?

Was Paul and Silas being thrown in Prison God's will, or was it bad leadership by the apostle Paul choosing to go to Philippi?

The Bible says Paul was led of the Spirit in a dream to go to that area and preach, yet Paul and Silas were thrown in Prison. Bad circumstances are not always caused by bad decisions. Nothing happens without God allowing it to happen.

Please don't compare Paul and Silas being thrown in jail to Tom Neal (biggest man worshipper I've ever seen) almost bankrupting his church. Give me a break. LOL!

Does God have a list of recommended builders?--------You guys are "So much cooler online" Obviously, when your Sanballat and Tobiah predictions didn't come true you quickly moved to other areas of "sowing discord". Please...don't be hate'n. And in the words of Pinocio:

All I'm saying is what a mindless question. Of course it was because of God, if God didn't want it to happen, then it wouldn't have happened.

I have a few other questions:
Can a person cry under water?
Why does Seven 11's have locks when their open 24/7 and 365 days a year?
If a tree falls in the woods and no one's around to hear it does it make a sound?

I seriously think people who ask questions like that sit staring at their computer screens trying as hard as they can to come up with the next "catchy" thread. Dude, seriously, if that is the best way you can find to spend your day then you need a friend or something.

Sometimes, we are being lead to cross the Jordan's, to learn and grow in new directions, to accomplish something great God has in store for us, but sometimes we are brought to the Jordan to be reminded about God himself. Maybe for Berean, this is one of those times.

My observation has been that while a particular pastor can be an outstanding spiritual leader (and I have no clue if Neal is one or not), they are not often all that great in other areas, like managing building programs. And they, being just men themselves, sometimes have to learn this the hard way.

The Bible often talks of believers being fishers (to attract or lure) and harvesters (to nurture and gather), but never as hunters (stalking the unsuspecting).Words are finite organs of the infinite mind. They cannot cover the dimensions of what is in truth. They break, chop, and impoverish it.

Does it even matter. Things happen in all our lives. We chose and it happens.
