If you are a Christian school teacher or you recently taught or you know someone who is or recently taught, what was the amount that they were making?

Were they full-time or part-time? About how many hours did they work?

Just trying to get an idea.

It's been three years since I've taught but I doubt that Christian school teacher's are making much more now since the economy is tight.

At that time, I made about $12,000 working part time. Four classes a day. If I had been full time, I would have made about $18,000-20,000 a year. That's with experience.

There are Christian Schools in the area that pay better. They are schools that charge more per student and some allow unsaved students to attend. Those schools pay somewhere around $40,000 a year. Maybe more.

This past year I made right at $20K full time, plus tuition reimbursement. That put my total compensation at around $22K. That is way above average for WV from what I have been told.
