Dwight Smith is AWESOME!!! He is a member of my church. He is a great blessing to my pastor and everyone in our church. He is also and AWESOME speaker and Singer :-)
Dwight and I had many classes together. I have great respect for Dwight and while I have not heard him speak recently, am sure that he is an excellent preacher. I can certainly say that he has great character.

I was a member of Berean Baptist Church in Shelby when Dwight was a member there, a few years back. I don't want to sound like a Hyles person and worship the guy, but he is a Godly man, loves the Lord and every Christian or Non-Christian that he comes in contact with. I went soul-winning with him once and while he was talking to people, I wanted to get on my knees and get things right in my life, he is just that kind of a personal one-on-one kind of a guy. He is also a great preacher.
I guess to some him up, would be to say that he is just a genuine Christian. There is nothing fake about him.
A few weeks ago, I had a call/voice mail message from a number I didn't know, so I listened to the message. It was Dwight, he just wanted to tell me that he was praying for me during his morning devos and wanted know if there was anything that he could pray with me about. That is just one example of the kind of man he is.
My dad and bro-in-law graduated with him, he is an awesome guy, loves his family, his nation, his church, his college, but more importantly he loves the Lord.
We have had Bro SMith at our church twice. He was also at a nearby church another time. So I have heard him a few times. I really like his style of preaching. I would compare it to Ron Comfort and Greg Locke. Both from Ambassador. He is a very likable guy. God bless.
Dwight Smith is an evangelist whom God has used to lead more than one of my friends to salvation... PRAISE GOD! His preaching is direct, clear, unwavering, and as convicting as God's word. And it should be considering he preaches nothing but God's word! Our church is blessed with the fellowship of his family and are delighted to call them our family. Along with his dedication to Evangelism, ABC (Ambassador), and the Lord, he is always ready to help our Pastor and is a good friend to him. My son is blessed by his leadership and his friendship. I praise God for his godly example.
He is a great Preacher Machine! What a great ministry God has allowed him to have. He is one of the godliest men I know. I respect him highly.
