I'm rather new here, and was reading thru the different "Christian" college forums, and I'm just grieved with how much Christians have become one with the world.

Our family has attended many churches (all in the same camp) and I really thought the worldliness was isolated to them.

What happened to seperation and holiness for today? (rhetorical question, really....not meant for debate?

Sorry, I guess I'm just disappointed and really miss the types of churches that I was raised in, I guess they're a thing of the past.
Sure there are things here that make me sad.

Did you read through the Trinity Baptist College forum? That one will break your heart, but not because of music or dress standards.

I have always found it interesting--and a little sad--that the unbelievers speak with more kindness than the avowed Christians. (speaking in generalities, of course, but you don't see Gringo or Duncan Ferguson calling people "jackass".)

I hope you're able to get past your sadness.
