Two of the three I see no debate, divorce however, is given an out. Not that God wants it, but there is a "BUT" in the case of divorce. Therefore it is not "forbidden."

You gotta be a lawyer, dwelling on the most minute details of that which had nothing to do with the chapel messages.

The point of the message was that there are some things that Scripture says are wrong, but they are not what the discussion was to be about. To note that he included divorce as an example of that list, which Scripture does clearly say is wrong (Matt. 5), and make that the major point simply because, unlike other things, Scripture includes a specific, narrow exception, borders on dis-ingenuity.
