I never said that Dr. Fugate said that - you should have read what you quoted more carefully. However, the two beliefs seem to be based on the same principal. I have a very hard time believing that Dr. Fugate would say that every missionary translation in the jungle is "inspired" as well.

Don't get me wrong - I know Dr. Fugate - He is a good, genuine servant of the Lord - I just think Schaap's argument makes a whole lot more sense on this one.
